Become a Youth Peach Ambassador
Are you a team player? Do like helping others? Would like to become a Peach Ambassador?
Peaches and Cream Foundation in partnership with McDaniel Elementary School and the American Legion "Henry Hill Post" Philadelphia, PA district providing a basketball league for young boys. This is a community-based effort to keep youth off the street while reducing the risk of violence after school.
Peaches and Cream Foundation's Mobile Resource Center focuses on providing services for at-risk youth and families in underserved, disadvantaged, overlooked, and rural communities. Services include mortgage & real-estate consulting, credit services, personal & business development, women and youth empowerment, job readiness skills, legal services, event planning, and business/personal/first-time homeownership workshops & seminars. We also provide professional services for non-profits, small businesses, and individuals seeking to start and grow their businesses. Virtual consulting services are available at your convenience in the comfort and privacy of your home.
Students choreograph their own routines and perform in community venues. Seeks to increase creativity, confidence, and team building. Through its out of school time dance/modeling program, Peaches & Cream has been able to effect and witness noticeable changes in participants regarding increased self-esteem and communicative abilities. In addition, Peaches & Cream has seen many students find new neighborhood friends with whom they can share and enjoy a common interest, group accomplishments, and ambitions.
Students develop business models, multimedia photography and audio production, web and graphic design, computational and digital skills, financial tutorials, and make and sell their own craft projects. Now selling a line of "T-Shirt-N-Bag." Hand-decorated T-shirts sold with a matching tote bag. All proceeds are in support of the Peaches and Cream Foundation. Foster creativity, innovation, and ambition.
